There are 3 rooms we let. The deluxe double or twin bedded room, left, has panoramic sea views and is the largest with a superb en-suite bathroom (separate shower and bath) and small kitchen area also its own entrance and balcony looking out to sea.

We have another double room (picture below), with an en-suite shower. This is a decent size with views across the garden. It has a double bed but we can convert the room to a twin if you would prefer as there is also a single bed in there too . In fact it is more like two small rooms, and there is plenty of hanging space for your clothes and room to put your luggage.

 We also have very nice front double seaview room (king size bed) with a great seaview (see the sea from your bed...see the sun rise)walk in wardrobe and super bathroom with separate shower and bath bidet toilet and wash basin.Picture coming on line soon)

All rooms are very well equipped have TV. DVD .WIFI and central heating plus tea /coffee making facilities.Beach Towels,Towelling  Bathrobes...

We service the rooms daily, and there are fresh towels whenever you want them. The house is centrally heated and so you will be warm if you decide to stay with us in the early spring or in the autumn when the cliff walks are at their very best.

Whilst we are confident you will enjoy the room we don't confine you to it! You are welcome to use the conservatory throughout the day, there are a couple of settees and a table so if you want to sit and read, play a board game or write your postcards you can do it in comfort - and everytime you look up the sea, the cliffs and the other islands are spread before you.See the homepage picture of it.

We will also be delighted if you would like to sit in the garden. Francis has spent hours working on it over the last few years and is always pleased to see people enjoying it. One thing we ask though, please do not leave the gate open - the tortoise, although old, has a habit of wandering! Through that gate we also own the cliffs and fabulous picnic area in front of the house (shown in the picture above), which is yours to use anytime too. This is the most southerly and most beautifull area of the island.
